La mouture sur meule de pierre permet de conserver les qualit\u00e9s nutritives des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales : tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments des grains de bl\u00e9 sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s entre les meules de pierre, sans \u00e9chauffement.
